We had a wonderful experience with this company. Yuri and his team were especially excellent. Arlene and Pauline were also both great at communicating with us on the planning and scheduling. My household goods were treated with respect and care. All the furniture was shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped, and blanketed, and everything arrived safely. I never thought it could happen to me, until it did. I saw an ad on Instagram that advertised movers with great prices. I thought, "No, way!" I called, and Mike set up a time to video chat. I showed him my stuff, and he told me it would take 12 hours to move from house to house in Charlotte. He quoted me two prices: one for them to pack everything, and one for me to pack it myself, with them moving it. As I have not won the lottery, I chose option 2. It worked out to approximately $ 200 an hour for four guys and a very long truck. He also stressd that I should buy all my tape and boxes elsewhere (their prices are quite high). I followed his instructions and even pestered them with questions before hand and they alsweys answered my queeries as to what was ok and what would need to be adjusted. They arrived at 9:30 yesterday and were finished by 6:30. They finished so quickly that I received a refund, and they have already sent it to me. They were so efficient and safe. Gently wrapping things in blankets and watching out for my walls. The team was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend them. Sometimes, social media ads may be legit. ~ Richard D

I had the best experience with Best American Movers! They were very professional and careful with all my boxes and furniture, loading and unloading! The two men who put my things in my new apartment were very careful with everything and placed things where I asked them. They did an excellent job putting my beds and dresser together. The movers came to my house and packed up. Alex and the two guys were great to work with. When my stuff was ready to be delivered the driver was very friendly and considerate. The two men from the local company that unloaded went above and beyond to help me get my refrigerator in the house. I am very grateful for their service and efforts. Alex and his team were incredible! During my move the truck wouldn’t fit in the lot of the apartment, so they carried in everything from where they parked across the street, for no extra charge. They also carried my sofa up 4 stories after they realized it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. The packing and loading went smoothly, but the unloading crew was disappointing. Thankfully, our son was there to help them, otherwise there could have been broken furniture and hurt movers. Luckily, the damage was minimal, with only two items broken. ~ dan m
